About
Dr. Kris Koelker
Dr. Koelker grew up in Allen and graduated from Allen High School in 2003. He continued his education graduating Cum Laude from Texas Tech University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology. Dr. Koelker furthered his education by receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2012, graduating Cum Laude as well.
After graduation, he was accepted into an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency where he graduated as a top resident and received specialized skills in IV conscious sedation, implant placement, and wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Koelker then moved back to his hometown, and has been practicing in Allen since 2013. Dr. Koelker received the 2023, 2024, and 2025 CommunityVotes Platinum Award for the top dentist in the city of Allen.
Dr. Koelker enjoys exercising, playing softball, and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and three children in his free time. He feels blessed to be practicing dentistry in his hometown and is devoted to providing the best quality dental care for his patients.
